I den sista deltävlingen i juniorernas egen tävling, GP-touren, slutade Benjamin på andra plats, Chris på femte och Ludvig på femtonde. Bra jobbat grabbar!

Chris slutade tvåa totalt, och kommer att spela final 13-15/5 i Bowlorama/Mälarhallen.

Trols A-lag klarade sig kvar i division 1 efter ett mycket spännande, helt avgörande kvalmöte mot Uppsala. Matcherna spelades på neutral plan i Rinkeby på Middle Road, 39 fot. Just att det var Middle Road kom som en överraskning, eftersom vi hade fått veta att vi skulle spela på Beaten Path. Nu gick det ju bra ändå, och det var väldigt dramatiskt in i det sista.

Första matchen gick ganska enkelt till Trol. Det var avgjort redan efter tre serier. Men Uppsala valde ändå att spela den sista serien. Segersiffrorna skrevs till 14-5, och både Daniel Vezis och Thomas Behring tog sig över 900, med Vezis i topp på 949!

Resultat från första matchen

Den andra matchen blev desto mer dramatisk. Efter två serier ledde Uppsala med 6-4, och efter tre spelade serier såg det ännu mörkare ut. 8-5 till Uppsala, och det krävdes 4-1 till Trol i sista serien för att få oavgjort i matchen och därmed vinna mötet med 3-1. Trol samlade sig med ett ”Trolare Hej” innan sista serien, och detta i kombination med ett enormt stöd från publiken gjorde att ett helt nytt Trol kom till spel i sista serien. 5-0 till Trol efter mycket starkt spel på alla händer, och därmed var säsongen räddad. Mycket starkt!!!

Daniel Vezis var bäst även i denna match på 888, följd av Johan Näslund på 845.

Det var ett fantastiskt drag på läktarna, och det var riktigt roligt att känna stödet från publiken. Det hjälpte oss garanterat att vinna matchen. Tack publiken!

Klubbmästerskapet avgjordes igår över fyra serier amerikanskt på Beaten Path. När krutröken hade skingrats stod Behring som vinnare tätt följd Micke och Brian.

Bra spelade även våra juniorer med Benjamin och Henke i topp. Benjamin satte ett nytt prydligt pers på 729.

Vår mycket lovande junior Chris Granström, har tillsammans med 8 andra ungdomar från Stockholmstrakten, blivit uttagen till Team Stockholm. De ska möta Södermanland och Gotland den första maj. Grattis Chris. Bra jobbat, du har förtjänat det!

A-laget spelade mot BK Granen från Hedemora i första kvalomgången. Matchen spelades på neutral plan i Strängnäs, på oljeprofilen Beaten Path. Det blev en rafflande tillställning, som slutade lyckligt till slut.

Det började dåligt, BK Granen tog ledningen med 4-1 efter en serie, och 7-3 efter två. Efter det kom Trol igång, och höll på att vända matchen, men BK Granen lyckades hålla ledningen, och vann till slut med 11-9. Detta trots att Trol hade 150 poäng mer totalt. Bäst i Trol var Daniel Vezis på 886 tätt följd av Johan Näslund på 870.

Match 1

I returmatchen gick det bättre. Efter tre serier stod det 13-2 till Trol, och då var det ingen mening att spela sista serien. Bäst i den matchen var Christian på 702 tätt följd av Behring på 688.

Match 2
Matchen gick till skiljeserie. Och där var det inget snack. Motståndarna verkade lite trötta, och Trol spelade riktigt bra. 4-1 till Trol. och saken var klar. Bäst i denna match var Christian på 279 följd av Behring på 257.

Avgörande serien

Nu är det en kvalomgång kvar som avgör om vi spelar i division 1 eller division 2 nästa år. Det ser ut som om vi kommer att få möta Uppsala som besegrade BK Raa i sin kvalmatch.

Det blev förlust för B-laget i sista seriematchen mot Pin club, och därmed flyttas laget ner ett steg i seriesystemet.

Matchen slutade 5 – 15 till Pin club. Christian var bäst i laget på 797, så han tar även titeln som veckans vinnare.

Lottningen till kvalspelet är klar, och vi ska möta BK Granen från Hedemora i första omgången. Matchen spelas på lördag den 16/4 kl 10.00 i Strängnäs. Oljeprofilen är än så länge inte känd. Anmäl er till matchen så snart som möjligt. Uttagningen kommer att att ske på plats i Strängnäs, så alla ska ta med sig bollarna dit.

Samling vid Lidingö Superbowl kl 7.30 på lördag morgon.

Behring och några till tänkte eventuellt åka till Strängnäs redan på fredag kväll, så om det är någon som är intresserad av att göra det, är det bara att kontakta Behring om detaljerna.
